With these Japanese Calligraphy Brushes, you don’t have to be a pro to create an impressive piece of art. They are fade resistant, chemically stable and pigment-based which means it won’t smear or bleed if liquid is applied after it dried. The flexible felt tip allows you to comfortably change the width of writing by applying different levels of pressure. It’s time to fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.

I’m new to calligraphy (I suck but it’s not the pens’ fault haha) and these are the best pens I’ve found so far! I originally purchased some watercolor brushes — they were terrible, the tips were way too soft/bendy and the colors looked more like highlighter colors than anything else. These markers are perfect for beginners — there’s enough stiffness in the tips to give you control. Super pleased with this purchase and would recommend to other beginners!

I didn’t realize they came in different sizes so I was happy about that (that’s what I get for not reading 🙄😂) but they work great no bleeding and adjust great to the difference pressures I apply. I would show a picture of my work writing but I just started so… lol I haven’t had to refill them yet. I will add to this review when I do.

I bought these for my introduction to drawing class and they are used for India ink. They hold up well and are quality brush heads for the price.

I bought these for my grandson to use with his Buddha body painting system and he really liked the variety of brush tips.

I think these brushes are great. I’m new calligraphy, and they were very easy to use for a beginner.
